For 25 years, Dr. Charles Corprew has been in the room where high-stakes decisions get made as an educator, founder, and investor. Now he brings that experience directly to executives and emerging leaders who are ready to design the next decade of their lives.

Dr. Corprew holds a Ph.D. in Psychological Science from Tulane University and has directed entrepreneur ecosystems, built angel investment networks, coached CEOs, and hosted What's Your Revolution?, a long-running podcast exploring leadership, identity, and purpose for high-achieving Black men.

Dr. corprew has earned national and international acclaim for his scholarly contributions.

As a professor, Charles garnered accolades for his research but yearned for more than academic discourse. Bolstered by a prestigious W.K. Kellogg Foundation Fellowship, he founded "What's Your Revolution?"—a social impact consulting firm committed to inspiring people and organizations to "Revolt and Evolve." In his role as founder and CEO, he collaborates with influential leaders, mobilizes resources, shapes policy, engineers programs, and invests capital that empowers individuals to flourish within their unique environments.

His client roster includes Black Enterprise, New Schools Venture Fund, Black Ambition Prize, CAmelback Ventures, aCT HoUse Ventures, and Digital Undivided to name a few.

In 2019, Dr. Corprew assumed the role of Director of the Conscious Tech and Education Fellowship at Camelback Ventures, an early-stage start-up accelerator championing women and entrepreneurs of color. There, he invested in visionary entrepreneurs, enabling them to develop the technology and programs vital for thriving communities.

Dr. Corprew's impact extends to the airwaves as the esteemed host of the award-winning podcast, "What's Your Revolution? Show?." This top-5 % global podcast serves as a platform for men and those who love them. The show discusses how we can find and embrace the revolution within us.
